You are a pretty skilled developer with a knack for producing scalable software solutions, comfortable with both Front-End and Back-End coding languages, and very experienced with development frameworks and third-party libraries. Moreover, your experience as part of cross-functional teams responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, with a knack for visual design and utility has no match.

That’s why you are so interested in working for mainly US-based clients with challenging programming puzzles, as part of a Best Place to Code company where learning and growing are part of our daily routines. Agile methodologies are also your second nature, and if so, we have the perfect position you are looking for.

You have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, are a team-minded person who can integrate with the rhythm of any team, and have 5+ years of relevant experience in the software development field. And on a more technical side, you also have…

  • Proficiency in .NET development, and API development for both internal and external use.
  • Demonstrated experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Accessibility Tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small tight team, but also able to work independently and get things done fast with consistently high quality.
  • The desire to find the right solution instead of temporary fixes.
  • The ability to work effectively in an environment with fuzzy requirements and changing priorities.

Does this sound like you? Great! We are already interested in meeting you, and please, feel free to share anything else we might find exciting. We value knowledge and experience in all of our collaborators; that’s how we build the best development teams you will ever collaborate with!

We know your time is valuable, so the whole process will take about 2 weeks. There will be 4 interviews total (an initial one with Human Capital, a technical skill one, one with an Account Manager, and probably one with the client at the end), possibly with a technical test, if necessary.

We will keep you regularly updated about your application, but you can also get in touch with us to ask about its status or anything else you might want to know. Just have fun! If you are a good match for Scio, we will give you a formal job offer and ask you to get the pre-hiring requirements to us within 5 days at most, so preparedness is key.

Does this seem like a position designed just for you? We’ll love to check your resume. Please send it in English to and we’ll get back ASAP. Thanks for reading!
