We’re looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work with US-based clients as part of a distributed team across LATAM, in a collaborative environment that values learning and growth.
What you have:
You are a documentation-oriented person who values collaboration and teamwork, able to communicate with developers and report roadblocks. Also, you master both English and Spanish (written and spoken) and are always eager to learn. On a more technical side, you also have:
4 years of experience in DevOps Engineering, IT Administration, or Software Development.
Expert in foundational web hosting technology. (SSL/TLS, DNS, VPCs, CDNs, edge networks, cloud technology providers, serverless functions, etc.)
Expert in the utilization of at least one cloud service provider. (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, etc)
Experience applying AWS cloud services in an enterprise environment.
Expert knowledge of Infrastructure orchestration/administration technologies. (Docker, Kubernetes, TerraForm, AWS CDK, etc.)
Expert knowledge of automated deployment pipeline triggers. (AWS CodePipeline, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting .NET applications.
Proven experience with Windows IIS Servers.
History of success delivering complex CI/CD (green/blue) pipelines to engineering teams.
Experience configuring system monitors and alerting tools.
Experience with distributed computing and enterprise software.
Experience mentoring software engineers to improve their skills and influencing them in best practices.
Experience working with SQL and RDBMS. (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Responsabilities include:
Production resilience: the system must be highly available with minimal downtime.
The journey:
We know your time is valuable, so know the whole process will take about 2 weeks. There will be 4 interviews total (an initial one with Human Capital, a technical skill one, one with an Account Manager, and probably one with the client at the end), possibly with a technical test, if necessary.
