You will join a dedicated Scio team working on a large-scale SharePoint platform modernization for a financial services client. This is a hands-on architecture role leading solution design, governance, and migration strategy within an established enterprise environment.
Location: Must be based in Morelia or Mexico
What you will do
- Lead solution design for the future-state SharePoint platform, including information architecture, taxonomy, metadata models, and enterprise search
- Define governance, security, and permissions frameworks for a large-scale enterprise environment
- Design and oversee the content migration strategy from the legacy platform
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for business leaders and development teams
- Establish standards and reusable patterns that the development team will implement
What you bring
- Enterprise SharePoint engineering or architecture experience
- Deep expertise in site architecture, taxonomy, metadata, enterprise search, permissions, and security models
- Proven track record with content migration, platform modernization, and governance at scale
- Experience designing secure solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both business leaders and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Financial services industry experience
- M365/SharePoint Online migration experience
- Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Microsoft certifications
