You will collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery leads to define the digital workplace experience for a financial services client. Your work will turn employee requirements into modern, scalable wireframes, layouts, and reusable design standards that elevate collaboration and content discovery across the organization.
What you will do
- Transform complex intranet ecosystems into clean, intuitive employee experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, page layouts, and interaction design for modern SharePoint sites
- Define reusable design standards and component libraries for department sites
- Facilitate UX workshops with business stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Collaborate with the SharePoint Architect and Developer to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
What you bring
- Experience in UX, digital product design, or complex enterprise application/intranet design
- Mastery of design tools for wireframing, prototyping, page layout, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and content discoverability
- Experience facilitating UX workshops and incorporating stakeholder feedback iteratively
- Proven track record of collaborating with technical teams in Agile environments

- SharePoint/M365 design experience
- Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG)
